Partnerships

We at SA Steel, have quickly realised the various market trends and to this end have several partnering agreements in place which benefit you the client each and every time, with regard to taking your "pain" away and allowing us to organise each stage of the development, which leaves you "free" to run your business commitments.

NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY COUNCIL.

Working on contracts throughout the UK and Ireland, we found it frustrating dealing with so many differing local borough councils with their various interpretations of the regulations. We therefore instigated primary meetings with our council and after discussions concluded that it would be highly beneficial to enter into a partnering agreement and deal with the same team time and again.

Since the agreement was placed we have found all lead times to be greatly reduced and the format easier with regard to answering the same questions only once.

The cost of a full planning and building control application is the statutory government fees plus our administration cost of £190.00 plus VAT.

POOLE BUILDERS LTD.

Like ourselves Pool Builders are a family run company giving the same comittment to the client. We met them when they required an industrial specification steel framed building, we subsiquently designed and provided the same and now enjoy working along with them either supplying a concrete base or as a joint full turnkey project.

Having 25 years experience, with a proven track record with many and varied clients, we have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone requiring an excellent service at the right cost.

P. D. TECHNICAL SERVICES.

Working from our showsite offices, Peter has been a crucial member in implementing our planning and building control applications and is well versed with the current legislation procedures.

His services include:

Offering advise on the quickest routes through to approval.

Full site surveys and tracing of all potential services through the various utility companies, to ensure they do not impede the building proposals.

Full CAD drawing facilities for the "one off" non-standard projects.

Co-ordinating with our local council with regard to applications meeting all of the required criteria and providing a link to the building area council.
